Creamy miso salad dressing

This is a great dressing to throw together for an asian-themed meal. I’ve doubled it below so that it serves ~10 people. Adapted from NYTimes.

Ingredients

  • 2 T white miso
  • 2 T rice vinegar
  • 1-2 T lime juice
  • 1 t grated fresh ginger
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed/crushed
  • Pinch of cayenne
  • 3 T dark sesame oil
  • 4 T peanut oil
  • 4 T plain yogurt (greek is ideal)

Instructions

  1. Combine the miso, vinegar, lime juice, and yogurt in a small bowl and whisk together.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk until amalgamated.
  3. Toss with the salad of your choice.
