This is a great dressing to throw together for an asian-themed meal. I’ve doubled it below so that it serves ~10 people. Adapted from NYTimes.
Ingredients
- 2 T white miso
- 2 T rice vinegar
- 1-2 T lime juice
- 1 t grated fresh ginger
- 1 garlic clove, pressed/crushed
- Pinch of cayenne
- 3 T dark sesame oil
- 4 T peanut oil
- 4 T plain yogurt (greek is ideal)
Instructions
- Combine the miso, vinegar, lime juice, and yogurt in a small bowl and whisk together.
- Add the remaining ingredients and whisk until amalgamated.
- Toss with the salad of your choice.
