- 6 T olive oil
- 1/4 c Za’atar
- zest of one lemon
- 3 T lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 t salt
- ~2 lbs chicken thighs, wings, or drumsticks
- Combine all ingredients but chicken in a large baking dish, and stir to combine.
- Marinate chicken in Za’atar mix for a minimum of 2 hours, or overnight.
- Cook chicken on grill, brushing with extra marinade, until it reaches an internal temperature of 156F.
